My wife and I shopped this morning, and decided to use self checkout since there was only one cashier. While pricing groceries, the computer kept having issues of one sort or another. After several issues, a red headed lady snaps at my wife to wait until she fixed issue at her station. Number one, how were we to know you were fixing the issues, and number two, why not open a till? Isn't having someone babysitting the self checkout defeating the purpose? I would also like to know where the money we are supposed to get back using a Co-op number is. We have had this number more than four years, not a dime back.
